Return & Exchange Policy
At Lúsha Lustré, your confidence and comfort are everything. Because lingerie is intimate by nature, our return policy is designed to protect your health, honor your investment, and ensure every piece you receive is truly new.
Eligible Returns
The following items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygienic liners intact:
- Bras
- Babydolls & chemises
- Robes & lingerie dresses
Final Sale (Non-Returnable)
For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following categories:
- Panties, thongs, and g-strings
- Bodysuits, teddies, and lingerie with attached bottoms
- Hosiery, stockings, and bodystockings
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Sexual wellness products
Refunds & Credits
- All approved returns are issued as store credit or exchange.
- Refunds to original payment are reserved only for defective or damaged items.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective (damaged lace, broken stitching, faulty hardware), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process the claim, we require clear photo or video evidence showing the defect with tags and hygienic liners intact. Once approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit. Refunds are issued only if the item is unavailable.
Please note: fit preferences, sizing concerns, or signs of wear do not qualify as defects.

We know online lingerie shopping can feel risky. If your first bra or lingerie set doesn’t fit, we’ll happily offer a free exchange or store credit — no need to ship it back. (Think of it as our way of saying welcome to the Lúsha family.)
How to Start a Return
- Submit a request via our Return Portal within 30 days.
- Provide required photos or video if the return is for a defective item.
- Package the item securely with tags/liners intact (if requested to return).
- Ship back using the prepaid label provided (return shipping is free for exchanges, $7.95 for refunds to original payment if approved).
