Your privacy matters. Every order ships in plain packaging with no mention of contents — just an elegant surprise waiting inside.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
• Most items ship within 2–3 business days after your order is placed.
• Special-order items may take 5–7 business days to ship.
• Processing time is in addition to delivery time.

Delivery Options

• Standard Free Shipping: 7–14 business days via USPS First Class/Ground.
• 2–3 Day Select: Arrives within 2–3 business days after leaving our warehouse.
• Express Delivery: Available to most locations in the contiguous U.S. for faster arrival.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Service Delays

Please note that guaranteed delivery dates do not apply in the event of delays caused by:

• Incorrect shipping information
• Carrier or service disruptions beyond our control

Back Orders

We strive to keep inventory accurate. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we’ll notify you immediately so you can choose an alternative or receive a store credit.

Where We Ship

Currently, we ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
