Orders received for products without shipping restrictions on its product page will ship the same business day when received before 12:00 p.m. PST. Orders in high demand will have an estimated production time listed on its product page and will ship according to the date listed.

Exchanges & Returns: No Sweat!

Don't sweat it, we got you covered! If you received a defective item or need a size exchange, we'll happily accept your return within 10 days of delivery. Just make sure to double check your sizes using our sizing chart before you place your order.

Note: Some items, like thongs, g-strings, teddies, bras, bikinis, and other intimate apparel, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

We only ship within the USA, so if you have a P.O. Box or military base address, sorry! But we'll get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. If you have a residential address, UPS and USPS may leave your package at your door without a signature. If you prefer a signature, just let us know and we'll arrange that for a fee.
